Why Do Some Bike Businesses Fail And Others Succeed?

This is a very good question and you should be asking yourself "why?" before you start your bike business.

In the last 6 years of running my bike business and our Network, I have seen many new businesses start up. In that time I have seen businesses grow above and beyond, while some sit still barely hanging on, entrepreneurs with some customers and some revenue skimp along for months or even years and few have come to a complete stop! their reason for failure is sometimes the same. Self-sabotage through extremely poor decision making. To be fair most mobile bike businesses have grown where in other industries your chances of susses when starting your own business for the first time is less than 30%

  • Understanding of your customer is imperative to your success; You will encounter every type of customer and their bikes, how you deal with their needs is how they view your business. (Customers are what makes or brakes your business)
  • Unique value; By offering a unique service, with customer care, customers feel they have had value in your service. 
  • Communicate; Listen to your customers and learn how to communicate better by Knowing how to communicate your message in a clear, concise and compelling manner.
