Common problems:

Incorrect fitment of brakes

Incorrect Valve alignment

These bike costs you around four tanks of fuel, depending what you drive”  It’s a real eye opener to the customer who thinks that £200 is ‘expensive’ for a bike, also who are spending £500.00 on a phone!

I take customers details. They drop there bike to me, with the key to there lock. If they are commuting to London. I would take cash payment or text them my bank details with the amount and they would pay on-line banking. I would lock there bike up in the bike racks. Put there key and invoice in to a plastic bag, and I would leave for them to collect from the taxi rank. Also I have a sign board advertising I am there every Wednesday from 6am. And I also do while you wait repairs. If they don’t pay on-line, they would leave payment cash or cheque when they collect there bike lock key.
